How do I add an assistant coach, or a second coach, to my account?

First add the account as an athlete and then send a note to support@protern.io to convert the account.

Adding an assistant coach, or second coach, to your account requires some help from the Protern.io Support Team. 

Adding an assistant coach

1. Add a new athlete account under the Managed Accounts section in the Subscriptions tab
2. Email support@protern.io with the following information:
   1. Coach account name and email
   2. Athletes the new coach account will have access to
3. Please allow 24 hours (or a possibly a bit longer on the weekend) to make the changes
