Before you can collect ski data, you will need to activate your Protern Subscription to get an account.
Tip: Not ready to use your Protern quite yet? You can activate your account whenever you are ready.
To activate your pre-purchased Protern subscription and get an account, you will need to do the following:
- Purchase a Protern Pack from the Protern Store that includes a Protern subscription
- Navigate to the Protern account activation page
- Fill in the name and email that will be used for your account. If you pre-purchased several accounts, then use the name and email of the head coach or administrator.
- Fill in your order number. You can find it in your order confirmation email.
- Accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy
- Click Activate Subscription button
Please allow for 24 hours for your account to be activated
If you purchased several accounts, you will be able to assign them to your athletes once your account is activated.
