      How to stop my account from renewing?

      You can stop Protern from renewing by going to Settings -> Subscriptions and click Edit.

      You can stop your account from renewing at any time. The account will remain active until account anniversary date. 

      1. Go to Settings -> Subscriptions and click Edit button

      2. Click the Cancel Renewal button

      3. Confirm the canceling of the renewal

      After the account expires, your data will still remain and you can reactivate it at any time.

       

      How to reactivate your account: To use your account again, you can login back in and follow these instructions to reactivate your Protern account.
