How to stop an account from renewing?

You can stop Protern from renewing by going to Settings -> Protern Passes, scroll down to All Athletes, and click Edit Renewal.

You can stop your account from renewing at any time. The account will remain active until account anniversary date. 

1. Go to Settings -> Protern Passes 
   
   
   
2. Scroll down to the All Athletes section and click Edit Renewal beside the account you want to stop
   
3. Click the Cancel Renewal button
   
   
   
4. Confirm the auto renewal has been turned off by seeing No Pass in the Next Pass column
   

After the account expires, your data will still remain and you can reactivate it at any time.
