How do I renew expired athlete accounts?

To renew your expired Protern account go to the subscription tab in your settings and select either monthly or annual subscriptions.

In this article we will go over how to renew expired athlete accounts.

1. Go to the Settings -> Subscriptions tab, scroll down to Managed Accounts and click the three dots for the athlete you would like to renew.
   
   
   
2. Select if you would like to renew the athlete as a Monthly or Annual account
   
   
   
3. Confirm the cost.
   
   
   
4. The athlete has been renewed. Repeat steps 1-3 for your other athletes.
