How do I renew expired athlete account?

To renew your expired Protern Pass go to Settings->Protern Passes and click Buy New Pass.

In this article we will go over how to renew expired athlete accounts by buying a new Protern Pass.

1. Go to the Settings -> Protern Passes tab
   
   
   
   
2. Scroll down to the All Athletes section and click on Buy New Pass for the athlete you'd like to renew
   
   
   
3. Select the desired pass and click Update Pass
   
   
   
4. Confirm the new Protern Pass is in the Current Pass column
   
   
   
5. Repeat steps 2-4 for your other athletes.
